The Fifth Assessment Report (AR5) was prepared according to Appendix A to the Principles Governing IPC Work on Procedures for the Preparation, Review, Acceptance, Adoption, Approval and Publication of IPC Reports. In accordance with this, the first draft of the Synthesis Report was submitted for simultaneous expert and government review. The review comments received and the author responses to these comments are available here. The comments and author responses should be considered within the context of the review process, and are not to be interpreted as assessment results. Only the final publication can be cited or quoted as the results of the assessment.
